Since I had already sampled their other location, I had to give this one a go when I came across it. I tried the beef plated instead of the Oxtail this time, but it was just as bangin’ as the other. The team at this location really make you feel at home as soon as you step foot inside. Every was too kind and they really want you to enjoy your meal. The sides were amazing and truly hit the soul with each bite. This is the definition of soul food!

I stopped in for the first time today during my lunch and I was blown away. The location is beautiful and welcoming. I desperately wanted to try the oxtail but not for lunch, so i will definitely be back. Instead I had the Mikki's bowl. With beef tips, greens, yams, and mac on a cornbread crust, it allowed me to taste a bit of everything. I was not disappointed. Can't wait to try everything on the menu!

Pearland soul food lovers know about Mikki’s Soul Food. They are consistent every time. The proteins are falling off the bone, well seasoned, hot and fresh. My favorite sides are yams, Black Eyed Peas, mac & cheese, cabbage and collard greens. Even their chitterlings are well cleaned and on point for those like me who gotta have them once a year. The food is as good as my grandmother’s cooking. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is rich with black history and culture. This is my go-to for the best soul food in Pearland.
